Yesterday I came home from work determined to do some yoga. I haven’t really been feeling it recently, but I know that once I get my mat out and do some I feel better and more relaxed. Plus my legs have been feeling a bit tight and I knew it would help! Behold my mini home yoga studio:
I wasn’t sure how well my iPad would stream but it worked well so hopefully I’ll be doing a lot more yoga, I might even re sign up to YogaGlo!

Fingers crossed for at least a bit of sun this weekend so I can get out for a walk!
I’ve had some lovely meals this week, many of them my current favourites like Thai Green Chicken Curry with curried cauliflower rice and steamed kale and cabbage:
I just love Thai curries! I had a bit of an old favourite too:
I hadn’t had a sweet potato topped with cottage cheese, red onion and cucumber for ages and this hit the spot!
I’ve also had eggs for breakfast, with sweet potato and coconut oil again:
And an apple and cinnamon scramble:
I left off the usual nut butter topping but used plenty of ghee when I fried the apples, I didn’t miss it at all!
I have also been back on the smoothies:
This included banana, chocolate sun warrior protein powder, unsweetened almond milk and ice. I added a hefty dollop of creamy coconut milk from the fridge to add some fat, delicious!
On the Love List this week…
I’ve rediscovered Rooibos tea! After talking with my acupuncturist last week I’m trying to switch some of my usual green tea for rooibos. I can easily drink 6 big strong cups of green tea a day, and as green tea does contain a little caffeine then it could be better for me to mix that up with some rooibos. Green tea is fantastically healthy, but rooibos also contains a lot of antioxidants and is caffeine free :-) Also…
