Finally it’s here, my little video with the fabulous Gok Wan! You may remember that I blogged about my visit to London to meet Gok and talk to him about my Activia Feel Good Challenge. Hope you enjoy it!
As I say in the video, I have been using the tip when it comes to trying to de stress a little, and its working! I know that if I tried to commit to meditating and doing yoga every day I’d fail miserably, but aiming to do yoga and go for a relaxing walk once a week is breaking down my de stress goal into manageable bites. Plus I feel better each time I do one of those things and I feel like I’m making little achievements all the time :-)
