Hi, Laura here 👋

I love helping women live more intentional lives.

I created this self care kit after I gave birth to my son. He was born prematurely and had to have open heart surgery at 8 weeks old. It was a traumatic time, and it really taught me the importance of self care not only for our physical health but also our mental health.

Before that, health and wellbeing basically equalled drinking green smoothies, running half marathons and trying to lose weight – which spoiler alert, for most of us doesn’t fix the real issues of why we feel burned out and exhausted as busy women.

When I started to see wellbeing through the lense of self care everything changed for me and I’m excited to share this guide to help you come up with a totally doable self care plan that’s going to help you live with more intention and take better care of your physical and mental health.
