I help health and life coaches get more clients, grow their businesses and live their best lives while they do it! 

I’ve been a health coach myself, and have supported and mentored health and life coaches for over 10 years, so I know a thing or two about what works when it comes to making a coaching business work.

As a busy single Mum, I also know that we don’t have a lot of time to faff around in our business and need to be focusing on the tasks that will get us results – but because I’m also heart centred and highly sensitive I also know that trying to hustle won’t work either!

That’s why I created this action list, to give you a starting point that cuts through the overwhelm growing a coaching business and getting clients can create. I hope you find it so helpful!
