Wholehearted Business® Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms:
By enrolling in Wholehearted Business, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Programme Commitment

Wholehearted Business is a 12-month group coaching programme.

By enrolling in the programme, you are committing to the full 12-month duration of the programme.

Payment for the programme is made via 12 monthly instalments. These instalments are a payment plan for the full programme fee and are not a monthly subscription.

By joining the programme, you agree to complete all 12 payments, regardless of your level of participation or whether you choose to continue attending calls or using the programme resources.

If you decide to stop participating in the programme for any reason, you remain responsible for completing the remaining payments.

2. Payments

Payments will be taken automatically each month using the payment details provided at checkout.

If a payment fails:

  • You will be notified and asked to update your payment details.

  • Access to programme materials and support may be paused until payments are brought up to date.

Repeated failed payments may result in the remaining balance of the programme becoming immediately due and payable.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this programme and the commitment involved:

All sales are final.

No refunds will be provided once you have enrolled in the programme.

4. UK Consumer Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, consumers may normally have a 14-day cooling-off period when purchasing services online.

By enrolling in this programme, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The programme may begin immediately after purchase.

  • You consent to immediate access to programme materials, community spaces, and support.

Where programme access has already been provided or the programme has begun, you acknowledge that your right to cancel may be reduced or waived in accordance with applicable consumer regulations.

5. What is Included in the Programme

Participants in Wholehearted Business will receive access to the following programme elements:

  • Two monthly mastermind group calls

  • Unlimited Voxer support

  • Monthly co-working session

  • Quarterly mindset call

  • Private podcast feed

  • Review clinics

  • Trainings and resources

Participants who have chosen the upgrade option will also receive:

  • Four additional 1:1 coaching calls.

Programme elements may evolve over time as the programme develops, but the overall level of support and value will remain consistent.

6. Communication and Support

The primary method of support within this programme is Voxer.

Email or direct message support is not included, unless you are specifically invited to contact the programme facilitator via email regarding a particular matter.

The programme facilitator aims to be available to respond to Voxer messages:

Monday – Thursday
9:00am – 2:45pm (UK time)

Response times may vary depending on volume of messages and other commitments.

“Unlimited Voxer support” refers to the ability to send messages at any time; however, responses will occur within working hours and at the facilitator’s discretion.

Participants should not expect real-time responses or support outside of these hours.

7. Programme Schedule and Availability

Group calls will be scheduled and communicated to participants at least three weeks in advance wherever possible.

The programme facilitator will take holidays during the year. There will be at least five weeks across the 12-month programme where support is unavailable.

Participants will be informed in advance when these breaks occur.

Calls may occasionally be rescheduled if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Participant Responsibility

Wholehearted Business is designed to offer a range of support, resources and opportunities for growth. Participants are encouraged to engage with the programme in a way that feels supportive rather than overwhelming.

There is no expectation that you attend every call or consume every resource.

Attending occasional calls, asking questions via Voxer, or using selected resources can still provide significant value.

However, it is important to note that:

  • The facilitator cannot do the work on your behalf.

  • The level of benefit you receive from the programme will depend on your engagement and implementation.

Support can only be offered when participants choose to engage with the programme.

Participants are encouraged to ask questions and use the support available whenever they need it.

9. Respectful Conduct

Wholehearted Business is intended to be a supportive and respectful environment.

Participants agree to interact respectfully with the facilitator and other programme members.

If behaviour is considered harmful, disruptive, or inappropriate within the group environment, the facilitator reserves the right to remove a participant from the programme.

In this situation, the participant will still remain responsible for completing any outstanding payments.

10. Intellectual Property

All programme materials, trainings, recordings, audio content, and resources are the intellectual property of the programme facilitator.

These materials are provided for personal use only.

They may not be shared, copied, reproduced, distributed, or taught without written permission.

11. Disclaimer

The programme provides coaching, education, and support. Results are not guaranteed and will vary depending on each participant’s effort, implementation, and circumstances.

Participants remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results in their business.

12. Illness, Force Majeure, or Unforeseen Circumstances

If the programme facilitator becomes temporarily unable to deliver elements of the programme due to illness, family emergency, or circumstances outside of reasonable control (including but not limited to illness, bereavement, natural events, or technical failures), reasonable steps will be taken to:

  • reschedule sessions

  • provide alternative delivery where appropriate

  • maintain the overall integrity of the programme

Participants acknowledge that flexibility may occasionally be required in these circumstances.

13. Confidentiality

Wholehearted Business is intended to be a supportive and confidential group environment.

Participants may share personal experiences, business information, and sensitive challenges during calls, within Voxer, or in other programme spaces.

By participating in the programme, you agree to:

  • Respect the privacy of other participants

  • Keep confidential any personal or business information shared within the group

  • Not disclose, share, or distribute information shared by other members outside of the programme space without their explicit permission

While every participant is expected to uphold confidentiality, the facilitator cannot guarantee that all participants will maintain confidentiality and encourages members to share accordingly.

14. Non-Solicitation

Wholehearted Business is a space for learning, growth, and collaboration.

Participants agree not to use the programme space to promote, pitch, or sell services to other members without explicit permission from the programme facilitator.

This includes:

  • Direct pitching during calls

  • Sending unsolicited promotional messages to other participants

  • Using contact details obtained through the programme for marketing or sales purposes

Organic connections and collaborations that arise naturally between participants are welcomed; however, unsolicited sales or marketing activity is not permitted within the programme environment.

15. Programme Evolution

Wholehearted Business is a live coaching programme that may evolve over time in order to best support participants.

The facilitator reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the programme structure, delivery methods, platforms, session formats, or programme materials where necessary.

This may include changes such as:

  • adjusting the format or structure of calls

  • changing the technology or platform used to deliver programme elements

  • updating or refining programme materials and resources

  • adapting elements of the programme based on participant needs or programme development

Any such changes will always aim to maintain or enhance the overall value and intention of the programme.
