How was September for you?

If you’re a highly sensitive and heart centred coa

If you’re a highly sensitive and heart centred coach and you keep waiting for the strategy that finally feels good, I’m going to save you some time 😅

You might find that it’s the case that nothing you do to build your coaching business is going to feel amazing. So much of what is required to grow a coaching business is going to feel out of your comfort zone.

Getting comfortable with feelings of discomfort was something I’ve had to get used to - even posting here on Instagram feels deeply uncomfortable for me at the moment - but when we don’t get even a little uncomfortable, that’s when we stop growing.

So instead of trying to find the perfectly aligned strategy to grow your business, go for the path of least resistance instead. Not the thing that feels incredible, just the thing that feels the least hard for you.

This clip is taken from The Wholehearted Business Show - available on YouTube and wherever you get your podcasts. Link in bio.

Pure vibes aren’t going to get you clients ⚡️ But

Pure vibes aren’t going to get you clients ⚡️

But neither is hustling yourself into the ground, or following someone else’s six figure roadmap that was never built for a life or a brain like ours.

There is a middle ground though, implementing real strategy, done at a pace that doesn’t wreck you or your nervous system.

It’s how I’ve built my own business (£65K a year, under 20 hours a week, solo, single mum) and it’s what I teach inside Wholehearted Business® - my 12 month program for heart led, highly sensitive and neurodivergent coaches who want to build a cosy coaching business that pays their mortgage, let’s them spend a random Tuesday morning at a yoga class and never miss a school run.

Swipe through for the six pieces we work on together 👉

And if you want the fuller version of this, I’m running a new free masterclass that will help you understand how to attract a steady flow of clients. I’ll be live on the 16th September where I’ll walk you through it properly. Link in bio to save your seat.
