As a former health coach with over 10 years experience, and as someone who is also heart centred and highly sensitive, I know how hard it can feel to grow your coaching business when so many strategies feel ‘ick’.
It took me many years to understand that the reason why I didn’t feel good trying to get likes on social media or DMing strangers to attract clients wasn’t because there was something wrong with me, rather it was because these strategies felt heavy to my nervous system and clashed with my values as someone who was highly sensitive.
When I started to understand this and find ways to grow my business that actually felt good, everything shifted.
My business feels joyful to run, I don’t have to hustle for clients in ways that feel gross, and I get to live a life I truly love around my business.

When does the training take place?
The training will be delivered live on Thursday 13th March 2025 at 2pm UK / 9am ET. The replay will be available if you can’t make it live.
How long will I have access to the replay?
The replay will be accessible for one week after the training has gone live. You’ll receive a link to a video and also a private podcast feed.
How will I watch the live training?
You’ll be emailed a Zoom link for the live training – you are very welcome to come along with your camera off if you prefer.
