Things are evolving in the online space and what used to work well when it comes to marketing is shifting.
In this blog post I’m sharing five specific things that are working well to market health and life coaching businesses, and some tips for how you can make changes in your strategy to double down on them.

What is still working in 2025
Before we start to delve into what is working specifically well in 2025, it’s worth remembering that the fundamentals haven’t actually changed that much.
You can still get clients via building connection and relationships in a more 1:1 way, the ‘know, like and trust factor’ is still a thing and understanding your clients problems and aspirations still makes sense. Ultimately what is really shifting is how we apply those fundamental things.
You need more marketing touch points
These days, it often takes more visibility across multiple platforms before someone decides to reach out or buy. The online space is so busy, that you want to be top of mind when someone is considering seeking help for a problem they have, and part of that comes down to being visible across someone’s online experience. That might sound overwhelming, but I promise it doesn’t have to mean being everywhere all the time.
Instead, it’s about showing up consistently in a few places where your ideal clients already spend time – whether that’s email, Instagram, a podcast, YouTube, or a combination.
I manage to show up on my blog, podcast, YouTube channel and Pinterest using my Searchable Show Method which streamlines the entire process.
Have a strong personal brand
I know “personal brand” can sound a bit corporate or even cringey, especially if you’re someone who values your privacy. But in a world full of AI-generated everything, you are your biggest asset.
That doesn’t mean sharing your entire life online. It’s about allowing enough of the real you to shine through so people feel connected. Whether that’s your values, your story, or simply your unique way of seeing the world, showing up with honesty and heart will always stand out.
Good messaging and a clear point of view
Strong, clear messaging is essential – and the secret here is to be brave enough to share what you really think.
Your point of view is what sets you apart. It helps your people know they’ve found someone who “gets it.” For me, that’s looked like fully owning my voice as a highly sensitive, heart-led coach – and leaning into that has helped me connect with the kind of clients I genuinely love working with.
Don’t be afraid to have a stance. It’s not about being polarising for the sake of it – it’s about being real.
Consistency
It’s not glamorous advice, but consistency really does work.
And no, that doesn’t mean daily content or running yourself into the ground. It means finding a rhythm that works for you – whether that’s weekly emails, fortnightly YouTube videos, or a podcast episode each month. The key is to keep showing up in a way that’s sustainable, so your audience knows you’re here, you’re reliable, and they can trust you to stick around.
Using Paid Ads as a cherry on top
Paid ads are a great way to amplify what’s already working — especially if you’re feeling like growth has stalled.
You don’t need a huge budget to see results. A small spend can help boost your visibility, get your free content in front of new eyes, and bring more people into your world. I often recommend this as a next step once you’ve got a few solid pieces of content doing their job.
