I’m really excited to be launching my first ever e-course! For a very long time I’ve wanted to create something that would offer a similar kind of support as my one on one healthy coaching, but in a more self directed and structured way. I’ve put everything I’ve learned from working with clients over the last year into this course and I really feel like this is something different to the norm.
When we talk about wanting to get healthier or lose weight, ultimately it’s all about wanting to feel better in ourselves – basically more fabulous! I know that before I started to improve my diet and lifestyle and lose weight, I felt pretty lack lustre – although I didn’t really realise how lousy I felt until I could see how great I felt coming out the other side!
I know that January is a time of year when I lot of us go on a health kick – in fact my big weight loss started that way. The trick is to keep it going past the end of January. This e course is 12 weeks so will keep you going right through to the spring. You’ll be given all the tools and information you need to make the changes that work for your body, so that you become healthier and happier! You’ll also be empowered with the knowledge and techniques you need to make those changes last you a life time.
This is not a fad diet, and I’ll be straight up and honest here – you probably won’t get that fast weight loss you would with them, however, I’m guessing you might have already been down that road and discovered that it didn’t work for you long term. Life is just too short to go from one diet to the next, and this course will help you figure out how to ‘dial it up’ when you need to, and avoid the diet mentality trap, that quite frankly sucks the joy out of life. Instead of making huge sweeping changes that you can’t keep up, you’ll make small adjustments each week, building up those healthy habits so that they actually stick!
This will help you to lose weight if your body needs to, but ultimately it’s about creating healthy habits, and in my experience healthy habits = finding your bodies natural healthy weight.

I’m currently focussing on Intuitive Eating and rejecting dieting so I applaud anyone who has the same mentality of diets not working either.
